Four lens elements are made of the low dispersion (ED) glass, that minimizes the level of chromatic aberration, there are also two aspherical elements preventing the spherical aberration effect. Thanks to its sophisticated optical construction, the lens gives an exceptional image quality even with the aperture fully opened. Brightness of the lens corresponds with the T-number of 1.5.
