The grip is comfortable to hold and helps prevent fatigue when you are shooting for extended periods. The base plate is Arca-type compatible dovetail enables the camera to mount in a horizontal position. It secures to the bottom of the camera with a 1/4 screw and an anti-twist locating pin prevent twisting. The bottom features a 1/4" -20 and 3/8 "-16 thread enables mounting a tripod plate. A flat head screwdriver stores on the bottom to secure the camera screw.<br />\r\n
